Cookie policy
Nothing is placed on your device before you have answered the window that appears on your first visit. Declining is a complete choice: the site works exactly the same way.
A cookie is a small file a site leaves in your browser so it can keep its bearings from one page to the next. This site uses three categories, described below, and none of them is there to identify you personally.
What we set
Necessary
One cookie, cc_cookie, which remembers the answer you give to the consent window. It lasts six months. Without it, the question would come back on every page. It is set whatever your answer is, because it is your answer.
Audience measurement — Google Analytics
Set only if you accept the “audience measurement” category. The _ga and _ga_* cookies last two years and serve to tell one visit from another: how many people come, which pages they arrive on, which ones lead to the form. The data is sent to Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), in the United States.
Advertising — Google Ads
Set only if you accept the “advertising” category. The _gcl_* cookies last ninety days and serve one purpose: connecting a request received through the form, or a call placed from the site, to the Google ad that brought you here. Google Ads receives the fact that a request happened and when it happened — never its contents, never your name, never what you wrote.
What we do not do
We send Google nothing that you write to us. The reason for your request, your name, your email and your message stay between you and us, and appear nowhere but the practice's inbox. We do not use cookies to recognise you from one site to another, and we sell nothing to anyone.
We set nothing until you have answered. That is worth stating because it is not the norm: many sites load their measurement tools first and ask afterwards. Here, Google's script is not even downloaded before you accept.
Changing your choice
At any time, without giving a reason, and as often as you like. Withdrawing your consent erases the cookies concerned.
You can also delete cookies already set from your browser's settings, and tell it to refuse them by default. The settings differ from one browser to another; they are usually found under “Privacy”.
