Eight psychoeducation services for you or your family, offered in your home in the Laurentides, Lanaudière and Montréal, or online anywhere in Quebec.

Our practice specializes in trauma and in nature-based intervention.

  1. Home-environment support

    At daycare or school, when the child is not the same in a group.

  2. Insurers (SAAQ, CNESST and IVAC)

    Rehabilitation after an accident or a traumatic event, when a file is open.

  3. Parental coaching

    At home, at mealtimes and bedtime, where it actually goes wrong.

  4. Vehicle desensitization

    Getting back behind the wheel, or even into the passenger seat, after a collision.

  5. Psychoeducational assessment

    Putting words to what is blocking, with a written report and recommendations.

  6. Anxiety management

    When worry starts running the day, yours or your child’s.

  7. Nature-based intervention

    Sessions outdoors, in the Laurentides, when an office does not suit.

  8. Post-traumatic stress

    The body stays on alert long after the event.
